Returns & Exchanges

First, we want you to know that your satisfaction is extremely important to us! We want you to love the items that we offer! If you order something from us but don't absolutely love it, you can return the items within 15 days of delivery for a store credit.

If your item is not exactly what you were looking for or doesn't work for you, we will happily exchange or give store credit for items in new condition up to 15 days after delivery. Items that are damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.   
  
In order to return your item, please contact us and we will send a return label to your email. Once your item is received, you will receive a store credit for your purchase, less the shipping charges.   
**In order to receive a store credit, you must Register an account within our online store.   
  
Damaged or Defective Items              
    
  
If we made a mistake, we'll take care of it. Period. If you received a defective or damaged product, please let us know so we can replace it for you.
